Photo Update: Disabled Parking

"[No parking] with exception [of] persons with handicap." Of course, if you wanted to park your car in that spot and you jumped out to shift the signs you'd just prove you didn't need to park there. There is enough room to park a wheelchair, but what's the point? (It's not like they would then walk to the shops.)
